Yesterday evening Annemieke's parents arrived, while Sanj left for Frankfurt this morning. So, the coming 10 days Maya (and Annemieke and Leela!) will miss papa, but her oma and opa will be there to help with therapy instead. She was very excited to see them and has already shown her appreciation by covering oma's face with shaving cream.Having some 'fresh' family members here is already paying off - while Brittny, opa and oma are with Maya, and Leela is asleep, I am relaxing on the sofa!
Important note: Maya's grandparents could definitely see that she has made progress. That's very reassuring and a good stimulus to keep going with the same level of energy!
